Static IPs

Our Limitations

We are unable to provide users with a traditional static public IP address due to the configuration and design of our network (CGNAT), as well as the global limitations of IPv4 addressing. For the same reasons, port forwarding to private IPs outside of the network is also not possible.

Depending on user needs, we are able to provide a static private IP address in some cases - but this will not allow devices outside of the network to reach those inside the network.
